Mission Statement
UCSA seeks to create greater access to public higher education for all Californians by empowering current and future students
to advocate on their own behalf for the accessibility, affordability, and quality of the University of California education system.
Student Lobby Conference (SLC) is an exciting way for students to learn about the higher education issues that affect them, and
it also gives students the opportunity to lobby their state representatives in Sacramento about the higher education issues that matter
to students and their families. Students have the power to make a difference! Save the date for the next SLC, March 1st-3rd!

UC Student Association Rate:
Single or Double - $95/night
Triple - $105/night
Quad - $115/night
Associations must call the Radisson Hotel in Sacramento and state that you are making hotel reservations for UCSA’s SLC to get the
UCSA hotel rate. Those reserving rooms must provide a credit card to guarantee reservation by February 8, 2008.
Registration
Registration Rates:
- Delegation of 1-4 students: $125 per student
- Delegation of 5-9 students: $120 per student
- Delegation of 10-24 students: $110 per student
- Delegation of 25-39: $100 per student
- Delegation of 40-49: $90 per student
- Delegation of 50+: $75 per student
- Late or On-Site Registration Rate: $125
Completed registration forms must be received by February 8, 2008 to qualify for the standard registration rate. Payment must be received
no later than the first day of the conference, or your association will be charged the late rate. There will be no refunds on registration fees.

IMPORTANT: To receive the standard registration rate, delegation leaders are REQUIRED to fill out a group registration form. Delegation
leaders must include delegates’ names and emails. Each delegate must also fill out an individual registration form. Both the individual and
group registration form needs to be submitted no later than February 8, 2008.
Transportation
**Please plan ahead for transportation to the Capitol on Monday. Public transportation is not available near the hotel nor will it be provided by UCSA.
